Refund policy

The TEF Master pass is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks immediately. Payments are not refundable, except where the law that applies to you requires a refund.

Try the free plan first: it includes the diagnostic, your study plan, reading and listening practice, and a daily writing correction and speaking simulation.

If you were charged twice, charged by mistake, or paid but did not receive the pass, write to hello@tefmaster.com with the email on your account. We will fix it or refund the extra charge.
